The O’Connor Donation

A Miscellaneous Collection of Rare Irish Publications, Victorian Songs & Piano Music

Recently acquired by the DIT Music & Drama Library, this collection contains some rare gems, including scores published in Dublin and Limerick at the turn of the 20th century, mid-Victorian piano scores and early twentieth-century song scores published in London and New York. The collection boasts a strong aesthetic attraction, with classically Victorian examples of colour lithograph covers.
